Responsibilities
* Provide essential administrative support to the sales teams and wider business, ensuring customer requirements are met to the highest standard
* Process maintenance contracts for both new and existing customers using the company CRM system
* Assist the commercial team with tasks such as profit and loss analysis, preparing quotations, and keeping systems up to date
* Use your initiative and problem‑solving skills to help the team achieve its goals
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a confident, capable administrator who can work independently, keep on top of tasks, and support the team where needed. Attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a flexible mindset will make you a great fit.
Working Hours & Compensation
This will be working Monday to Friday up to 25 hours per week, flexible to suit your availability, earning a salary at or around £14.50 per hour depending on experience.
