Job Description
What you’ll do?
Every day as a Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same - life-changing.
You will:
4. Support residents to remain independent within their Extra Care apartments
5. Offer companionship and reassurance
6. Provide a reassuring presence and build meaningful, day-to-day connections
7. Assist with medication, mobility, and mealtime support
8. Work closely with an on-site, dedicated care team, ensuring continuity and quality of care
9. Deliver personal care with dignity, respect, and sensitivity
10. Respond promptly to care calls or emergency alarms within the scheme
11. Encourage social engagement and participation in on-site activities and community life
