Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Shift: 37.5 hours per week Contract: Permanent, Full-time About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Global HSE Manager to take ownership of health, safety, and environmental leadership across their operations. You’ll be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to both day-to-day safety oversight and long-term planning. Key Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide HSE policies and management systems * Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventative/corrective measures * Lead internal and external audits; support incident investigations and analysis * Liaise with clients and subcontractors regarding HSE requirements and performance * Provide training and guidance to staff on HSE procedures and best practices * Monitor compliance with UK HSE legislation and company directives * Support pre-contract planning, including documentation for tenders and HAZOP meetings * Occasionally assisting field operations with training and job management Key Requirements * Minimum NEBOSH certificate. * Experience of delivering HSE training or education * Strong understanding of UK HSE legislation and compliance * ISO audit experience and incident investigation skills * Effective communicator with strong relationship-building abilities * Industrial services experience is preferred * Must be commutable to Scunthorpe and willing to travel as needed If you’re a strategic HSE professional looking for a flexible and impactful role, we encourage you to apply today with your CV.
