Location: Forres
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Grade 5 £33,820 – £38,049 per annum (£17.34 – £19.51 per hour)

Role Overview
The Welfare Rights Officer promotes and safeguards the well‑being of veterans and an inclusive environment within the veteran community. Responsible to the EVAC Manager, the role includes efficient and proactive support for veterans, developing individual support packages at EVAC North, providing support, advice and access to welfare services, delivering financial support, ensuring vulnerable veterans receive appropriate assistance and advocacy. Duties also involve building networks and partnerships with external agencies and internal departments to support veterans in need or crises.
