Systems Integration Specialist - Salford / Hybrid
Marlowe Fire & Security are the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. From initial design, supply and installation, through to ongoing maintenance and monitoring, we maintain the capability to help prevent, detect and monitor Fire and Security risks for our customers across the country. We are currently looking to appoint a new Systems Integration Specialist based in our Salford offices.
Role Overview
Work closely with the IT, Integration Team and business users. The Integration Systems Specialist will be responsible for improving systems and usage, focusing on CASH4Windows, but not limited to it. Responsibilities include system optimization, training, documentation, data management, and supporting new system rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure the group meets its objectives through innovative solutions focusing on data, system usage, training, and reporting.
2. Optimize CASH4Windows across all Fire Division Businesses and train employees on its use.
3. Assist the Application Development Team with system rollouts, training, and report creation.
4. Create comprehensive documentation for processes, reports, and systems.
5. Manage data uploads, identify issues, and work with stakeholders to resolve inaccuracies.
6. Extract, analyze, and cleanse data to support business practices and reporting.
7. Provide technical support and training for core business systems.
8. Support the implementation of new information systems and develop training plans.
9. Promote end-user ownership and adoption of systems, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
10. Lead and influence the Integration, Alignment and Commercial Team and be a Subject Matter Expert.
11. Support external third parties to enhance customer service quality.
12. Monitor project performance, ensure quality documentation, and facilitate governance processes.
Candidate Requirements
* Energy, Drive, and Enthusiasm to succeed.
* Excellent knowledge of CASH4Windows and other CRM/accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks).
* Proficiency in Excel, Office, SQL, and basic Python (desirable).
* Strong documentation, training, and support skills.
* Ability to write queries, build database functions, and automate reports.
* Attention to detail, initiative, and discretion handling sensitive information.
* Proven track record in process improvement and problem-solving.
* Leadership skills, effective communication, and ability to work under pressure.
* Full driving license required for travel to other group locations.
