What Youll Be Doing:
Providing 1:1 classroom support to a pupil with SEN

Implementing personalised learning strategies under guidance from the SENCo
Collaborating with staff and external professionals to review progress
Promoting a positive and engaging learning environment
Ideal SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant For this Newham School:
A recent graduate with a passion for SEN or child development
Prior experience supporting children with additional needs (preferred)
Calm, patient, and empathetic in challenging situations
Proactive and able to work independently when required
Committed to working full-time for the academic year
