What We're Looking For Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management. Knowledge of energy, utilities, renewables, or construction (preferred but not essential). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and result-driven, with the ability to manage your own pipeline. Role Requirements We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth across our businesses. You will be responsible for: Developing new client relationships across energy, renewables, social housing, and related sectors. Selling our core services (metering, isolators, scaffolding, recruitment, SaaS). Identifying cross-selling opportunities across the group. Working closely with senior leadership to help shape commercial strategy. Representing Energise with professionalism, compliance, customer-first values.
