About the Role
We are looking for a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. We partner with fast-scaling e-commerce brands and help them drive revenue through TikTok Shop. This role is perfect for someone who understands the TikTok affiliate ecosystem, enjoys building creator relationships, and knows how to turn campaigns into results.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns to maximise sales and ROI
* Recruit, onboard, and activate creators across multiple niches
* Build and maintain long-term, productive relationships with affiliates
* Manage outreach, product seeding, and creator onboarding flows
* Track GMV, commissions, KPIs, and weekly performance metrics
* Support product launches with creator partnerships and targeted promotions
* Coordinate creator briefs, promos, deliverables, and reminders
* Follow up with creators to ensure campaign consistency and timely content
Key Skills and Experience
* At least 1 year of experience in TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or related e-commerce roles
* Strong understanding of TikTok creators and the affiliate marketing ecosystem
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple creators at once
Daily Tasks
• Conduct affiliate outreach using scripts and targeting guidelines
• Coordinate and track product sampling and seeding
• Monitor creator activity and ensure consistent promotion
• Maintain tracking sheets, dashboards, and weekly reports
• Provide quick, professional responses to creator questions
• Manage creator onboarding and participation in campaigns
