We are currently recruiting for an Admin Support based at our Craigavon site, a 5 day onsite working model. The Admin Support willupload material specifications onto a central database. Responsibilities: Liaise with Specification Technologists to identify specifications requiring upload. Type the specification information into the online system. Upload documents to be attached to the specification. Update specifications on the system as required. Report any validation errors or concerns with the specification. Track and report specification uploading. Essential Criteria: GCSE English, or equivalent Computer literate familiar with Excel & Word, comfortable using computer systems. Ability to organise and prioritise workload. Excellent attention to detail Logical approach Able to use initiative Desirable Criteria: Experience of working with specifications Interest in food manufacture
