The Role:
As Retrofit Operations Manager, youll:
1. Oversee the delivery of retrofit schemes to full PAS 2030/2035 compliance
2. Act as the go-to expert for retrofit and decarbonisation
3. Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams across site management and coordination
4. Ensure audit readiness and quality assurance working with designers, assessors, and consultants
