About You

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our Head Office on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you will take ownership of reception services, facilities management, health and safety compliance, and the overall office environment- ensuring it runs smoothly, professionally, and efficiently at all times.

You will bring proven experience managing front-of-house and facilities teams, working closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Alongside this, you will have experience supporting office moves and the logistical planning of workplace changes, contributing to the smooth coordination of an upcoming relocation while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and a positive experience for colleagues.

With excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a calm, solutions-focused approach, you will thrive in a fast-paced office environment. Your ability to communicate confidently, manage competing priorities, and build trusted relationships will be essential to your success.

Your Impact:

* Office & Reception Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operation of reception and facilities services, ensuring excellent front-of-house standards and consistent coverage.
* Facilities Management: Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, supplies, and office services to maintain a safe, welcoming, and efficient working environment.
* Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure the office meets all health and safety requirements, including First Aid and Fire Warden provision, policies, and statutory obligations.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with internal teams, contractors, and external partners to ensure seamless operational delivery.
* People Support: Induct new starters to office facilities and procedures and act as a key point of contact for office-related queries.


Your Attributes

You will have:

* Experience supervising or coordinating staff within a reception, facilities, or office management environment.
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional approach.
* Working knowledge of health and safety requirements within an office environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
A proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
