We are recruiting Picker to join a well-established vineyard farm in kent for an ongoing agricultural role, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidates.

Duties include:
* Picking and packing fresh produce
* Quality checking and preparing goods for dispatch
* Working as part of a friendly, supportive farm team
* Following health & safety and quality standards
What we’re looking for:
* Reliable and hardworking individuals with own transport
* Comfortable working in outdoor and farm environments
* Own transport to get to the site
* Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
* No previous experience required – full training provided
