A fast growing insurtech business based in Central London is looking for a proactive Team Coordinator to join them on a 2 month temporary cover. This is a great opportunity to support a collaborative, high energy team in a modern, tech driven environment.
You’ll be the go to person for keeping the team organised and on track, making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
What you’ll be doing: • Coordinating diaries and scheduling meetings • Supporting with team planning and internal communications • Organising team events and offsites • Preparing documents, notes and presentations • Assisting with general admin and operational tasks • Acting as a central point of contact across the team
Requirements: • Previous experience in a team support or coordinator role • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Confident communicator who can build relationships quickly • Proactive and able to work at pace • Available immediately
