Contracts Administrator
This position sits within the Abbott Vascular division, a global leader in minimally invasive technologies for treating vascular disease. As part of this team, the Contracts Administrator will support commercial operations that directly impact patient care and healthcare delivery across the UK and Europe.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team in Maidenhead. In this role, you’ll support our Tenders & Contracts and Sales functions by managing service contracts, quotations, and pricing databases. You’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of documentation while maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer the full lifecycle of quotations and service contracts.
* Ensure all documentation is accurate, approved, and submitted on time.
* Track expiring contracts and monitor those quoted or accepted.
* Maintain real-time updates across pricing and contract systems.
* Ensure customer pricing complies with internal approval policies.
* Keep the inbox organized, flagging key items and coordinating tasks.
* Represent Abbott Vascular in communications with customers and internal teams via email and phone.
* Support tender preparation and submission alongside the Tenders & Contracts Manager.
* Identify and elevate process or system issues for resolution.
* Manage and distribute the tender calendar.
* Maintain the contracts database with updates on submissions, extensions, and awards.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and EHS regulations.
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience in a Tenders & Contracts or similar administrative role.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Cognos and SAP is a plus.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Confident communicator with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Analytical mindset with solid numeracy and literacy skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
