Join Pandora’s team as a seasonal sales & operations assistant! This fixed-term contract covers 8-12 hours per week, 3 months in duration, ending 04/01/2026. The rate of pay is £12.60 per hour. Location: Cheltenham. This seasonal contract includes a competitive rate of pay, bonus scheme, generous employee discount, jewellery uniform allowance, and other benefits. The role
From Driving Sales To Ensuring Smooth Operations, you’ll be our Brand Ambassador who helps make the magic happen. You can choose and discuss your preference between two focus areas; there may be some crossover depending on day-to-day needs of the store.
Sales
* Front-of-house excellence: surpass sales targets with effective techniques
* Personalised connections: bond confidently with customers, adapting to their unique preferences and needs
* Product pro: master Pandora knowledge, delivering unforgettable customer experiences
Operations
* Get hands-on with preparing click-and-collect orders for customers
* Keep the flow smooth by managing deliveries, processing returns, and restocking shelves with fresh inventory
* Add a creative touch by wrapping gifts, engraving jewellery and loading gift cards

Important stuff to note
* Contracts will end on 04/01/2026
* You must be available to work on key trading days throughout the duration of your contract, which will include weekends, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. We will do our best to distribute these days fairly, and you won’t be required to work all of them during your contract
* You will accrue annual leave in line with your entitlement; however, as this is our busiest time of year, no annual leave will be approved during this period
