We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our client’s busy packaging team based in Ely. Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour Working Hours This role operates on a rotating shift pattern: * Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm * Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm Key Responsibilities * Feeding materials into packaging machinery * Stacking finished products accurately and safely * Quality checking products to ensure company standards are met * Keeping the production area clean and tidy * Following health & safety procedures at all times * Supporting the wider production team as required What We’re Looking For * Previous production experience is essential * Good attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic * Ability to work as part of a team * Access to own transport is essential If you have production experience and are looking for immediate work in the Ely area, we would love to hear from you.
