Your new role
We’re looking to speak with teachers who are considering flexible work from September 2026. Roles vary from day‑to‑day supply to longer placements and permanent opportunities, with both part‑time and full‑time options available. You may be delivering set lessons, supporting mixed‑ability groups or taking responsibility for a class over a sustained period. Coventry schools are known for their supportive teams, and each placement offers the chance to work with staff who appreciate clearmunication, adaptability and a calm presence in the classroom.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Recent classroom experience
3. Confident behaviour management and a warm, approachable style
4. Flexibility to work across different schools and routines
5. Strong organisation and a steady, practical mindset
6. Amitment to creating a safe, positive learning environment
