We are currently seeking an interim ERP Deployment Lead to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple. This role offers the opportunity to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, with travel required to another London-based office approximately 3-4 times a week. This is a full-time temporary role starting ASAP and running until 31st Dec 2027, with a 36.25-hour workweek, Monday to Friday. Compensation is competitive, up to £88,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

About the Role
We seek a dynamic, experienced professional to lead the Cabinet (Fleet) Management and eB2B process workstreams within our global ERP transformation programme for Ice Cream. This strategic role involves designing, refining, and executing core processes that will shape the future operating model across multiple markets.
As Process Lead, you will collaborate with global and local teams to ensure the end-to-end design is future-proof, scalable, and aligned with business and IT requirements. Your expertise in fleet management and eB2B implementation will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end process design for Cabinet (Fleet) Management and eB2B channels within the ERP programme.
* Translate business requirements into future-state process flows, ensuring compatibility with ERP system capabilities.
* Work closely with markets to understand local nuances, regulatory needs, and implementation challenges.
* Partner with BAU and IT teams to ensure technical feasibility and robust integration of solutions.
* Support the development of deployment toolkits, training, and change management materials.
* Represent the process area in governance meetings, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved promptly.
What You'll Bring
* Strong expertise in Cabinet / Fleet Management, including asset tracking, lifecycle management, and field operations.
* Hands-on experience with eB2B implementation, ideally across multiple markets or geographies.
* Solid understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their role in enabling core business processes.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex transformation environments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* An agile mindset with the ability to transition from strategy to execution effectively.
