What were looking for: Previous experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or senior kitchen leader within a quality hospitality environment. Strong people-management skills with the ability to inspire, train, and support a diverse team. Confidence in menu planning, costing, stock control, rota management, and achieving commercial targets. A solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, compliance and Health & Safety legislation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with hotel leadership to enhance the overall guest experience.
