We are looking for a dedicated Quality Systems Manager to join our Technical team and ensure robust food safety and quality management systems across the business. As Quality Systems Manager, you will oversee food safety compliance, manage HACCP systems, and lead technical reporting. You’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring adherence to legislation, BRC standards, and customer codes of practice. Ensure compliance with legislation, BRC standards, and customer requirements through GAP analysis and system updates. Manage and maintain HACCP documentation, meetings, and validation records. Oversee internal audit schedules, non-conformance tracking, and trend analysis for reporting. Support customer and supplier interfaces, including complaint handling and audit responses.
