This is a rewarding opportunity to support residents across Halton in overcoming barriers to employment and progressing towards sustainable careers. Working under the direction of the Welfare to Work and Health Manager, you will deliver a bespoke employment support service to individuals aged 16+, helping them seek, obtain and sustain employment through tailored guidance, coaching and practical support. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload of participants aged 16+ using a flexible, multi-channel approach including face-to-face, telephone, video and digital engagement. Deliver personalised employment support, advice and guidance to unemployed, economically inactive individuals and those at risk of redundancy or job loss. Conduct assessments to identify individual needs, barriers and employment goals, creating tailored action plans to support progression. Deliver Job Hubs, CV writing sessions and interview skills workshops. Support participants with job searching, applications, work experience opportunities and employability skills development.
