As an Account Manager in our Rental Operator division at Rightmove, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth and building lasting relationships. Your mission: to manage a portfolio of accounts, achieve ambitious revenue goals, and uncover exciting new business opportunities. This role is all about strategy and innovation—designing tailored account plans, delivering data-driven insights, and showcasing the unmatched value of Rightmove’s products.

What you’ll be doing
As an Account Manager in Rightmove you’ll:
1. Hit your targets: Consistently achieve (and exceed) individual sales and activity goals to drive revenue growth.
2. Strengthen relationships: Build trust with new and existing clients through regular, meaningful engagement that ensures satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Shape account strategy: Create and deliver tailored account plans that meet client needs while driving business objectives.
4. Lead with data: Share performance insights and market trends in review meetings, helping clients make smarter, informed decisions.
5. Showcase value: Present Rightmove’s products and services with clarity and impact, whether one-to-one or to larger groups.
6. Work as one team: Partner with internal teams to deliver smooth account management, efficient billing, and accurate reporting.
7. Resolve challenges: Tackle client queries, disputes, or aged debt quickly and effectively to maintain trust and long-term satisfaction.
8. Champion our culture: Act as a proud ambassador for Rightmove’s values, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Success in this role means exceeding revenue targets, fostering long-term client relationships, and contributing to the growth of both the team and Rightmove’s market leadership.
Who you are
9. Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets and negotiate effectively.
10. Excellent skills in building and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients at all levels of business.
11. Solid understanding of industry trends and market dynamics, with experience in managing multiple products and solutions.
12. Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive client success.
13. Demonstrated capability to take ownership of challenges and deliver effective resolutions.
14. Open, honest, and collaborative, with a commitment to personal and team growth.
15. Structured and disciplined, with a drive to improve and a willingness to ask probing questions that challenge the status quo.
