The Blossom Tree is a Aveda hair & beauty salon in Long Bennington Newark. We are a very busy salon requiring more staff
Duties:
position is hourly wage plus commission and bonus.
Beautician required to run a busy column. Ideally all waxing, massage,manicure,pedicure and nail experience and general beauty therapy skillsrequired.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Perform front desk duties, such as answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Assist with retail sales and upselling salon products to clients
applicant will be working with Aveda but necessary training given
Skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of retail math for handling sales transactions
This position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about the industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced salon environment.
