In the Medical Receptionist role, you will:
1. Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome
2. Manage digital triage queries and supporting customers to use new online systems
3. Handle enquiries, appointments, orders and samples efficiently and accurately
4. Provide admin support using internal software, Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Calendars daily
5. Maintain a calm, solution-focused approach and helping resolve issues in a positive manner
To be successful, you will need:
6. Strong reception and administration experience, ideally gained in a busy environment
7. Confident IT skills with the ability to pick up systems quickly (EMIS experience highly desirable)
8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with conflict calmly and professionally
9. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to bring positivity to challenging situations
10. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
This is a temporary role for 2 months initially with potential to become permanent, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30–5:30. You'll be on an hourly rate of £13.30 plus weekly pay and holiday accrual, and you'll be office-based in Conwy.
