We're looking for enthusiastic, resilient, and compassionate individuals to join our amazing team supporting learners with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Our pupils deserve the very best guidance, care, and encouragement to help them achieve their potential.
Responsibilities
* Supporting pupils 1:1, in small groups, and in class to achieve learning and personal goals
* Helping to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging learning activities under teacher guidance
* Using consistent behaviour regulation strategies to maintain a calm, positive environment
* Building confidence, independence, and life skills in young people
* Offering guidance and emotional support both in and out of the classroom
Requirements / What we’re looking for
* Are resilient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting young people
* Have experience (or a strong interest) in working with SEND, SEMH, or challenging behaviours
* Can communicate clearly and adapt to different learning needs
* Hold an Enhanced DBS for the Child Workforce (or are willing to apply)
