The Role: We run a welcoming, high-quality café and are looking for a Customer Assistant to support the Café Management Team in delivering excellent service at Woodlands. You will help enhance the visitor experience and support park activities. With more sites opening across Hertfordshire, including Borehamwood, flexibility to work across locations is essential. We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused hospitality professional who: • Consistently delivers excellent service and maintains high presentation standards • Promotes food and beverage sales while putting the customer first • Brings practical hospitality skills, a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and communication • Supports community-focused services and helps maximise their impact • Barista or chef experience is an advantage, though full training is provided. • In this role, you will contribute to the café’s sustainable growth while helping meet operational and financial targets.
