Duties of the Shift Supervisor:
1. Responsible for managing a team of Warehouse Operatives.
2. Ensuring they remain engaged, organized and motivated.
3. Assisting with the load/unload vehicles, process freight and route sort before assisting with load out in line with business targets.
4. Ensuring timely handovers with both morning and night shift managers.
