Job Title: Project Architect or Senior Architect

Salary: In the region of £45,000 DOE

Daily Duties
* Leading the design and delivery of projects across multiple sectors
* Producing and reviewing detailed architectural drawings and technical packages using Revit (highly preferred)
* Coordinating and collaborating with internal teams, consultants, clients, and contractors
* Conducting site visits, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards
* Managing project timelines, budgets, and quality control
* Mentoring junior team members and supporting professional development within the team
Ideal Candidate
* Part 3 qualified architect with significant post-qualification experience
* Proven experience leading architectural projects from concept to completion
* Proficiency in Revit is highly preferred
* Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes
* Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while supporting a team
