The opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join our Retail Automation team. If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and working with cutting-edge automation tools, this could be the perfect role for you.You’ll play a key role in identifying automation opportunities and delivering robust, scalable solutions using Blue Prism.
Working within our Retail Business, you’ll help streamline manual processes and drive efficiency across the business.
Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, an element of working from home or compressed hours. What will you be doing?
* Designing, developing, and maintaining RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve existing processes.
* Managing automation projects from inception through to delivery.
* Providing technical support and guidance on new and existing RPA processes.
* Monitoring and enhancing current automations to ensure performance and reliability.
* Measuring and reporting on the benefits and efficiency gains of automated processes.
What are we looking for?
We’re seeking someone with hands-on experience in RPA development, ideally using Blue Prism or a similar platform. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and confident in managing automation projects from start to finish.
Ideally you will:
* Have proven experience designing and developing RPA solutions.
* Be proficient in Blue Prism (or similar RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere).
* Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Be proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything they do.
