In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of the sales journey — liaising with discerning vendors and buyers, arranging viewings for some of the area’s finest properties, and using your expertise to negotiate successful sales.

Day in the Life
* Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers and arrange property viewings in line with their needs
* Negotiate offers and agree sales
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
* Market properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
* Focus on generating new and repeat business
* Canvass the local area
* Door‑knock and leaflet dropping
* Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
Essential Skills
* Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
* Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
* Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
* Ability to work under own initiative
* Good telephone manner
* Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
* Attention to detail
