Contract: 6 month FTC with possibility to extend
We are partnering with a global media agency, who are on the hunt for a driven and people-focused Senior HR Advisor to join their People team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves fast-paced environments, thrives on building relationships, and enjoys being at the heart of a creative, evolving business.
The Role
You’ll partner closely with managers across the business, providing hands-on HR support and tackling a range of people challenges. No two days will be the same, and we are looking for someone proactive and reactive in a fast-paced environment.
* Act as the first point of contact for managers on all ER matters, and be comfortable handling cases at volume
* Coach and upskill managers, and offer support and guidance
* Support organisational change processes including restructures and redundancy
* Advise on company policies, and communicate new legislation to the business
* Manage appraisals, probation periods, absence management and leavers
* Handle HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Produce reports and stats to identify trends across the agency
* Build trusted relationships across all levels of the business
* Deliver on wellbeing initiatives
Who we are looking for
* Previous experience working for a media agency or similar
* Strong ER experience including PIPs, absence, disciplinaries and grievances
* A strong multi-tasker, comfortable working with ambiguity
