What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll deliver essential home care and support, following personalised plans that put dignity and respect first:
* Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
* Medication support (preparation and administration)
* Meal preparation and mealtime assistance
* Mobility and equipment support
* Light domestic tasks (laundry, tidying, cleaning)
* Companionship and emotional support
Additional Responsibilities
* Companionship & social engagement
* Medication collection and reminders
* Nutrition & mealtime support
* Light housekeeping
* Safe mobility support and transfers
* Health monitoring and observation
* Promoting social inclusion and family connection
* Accurate documentation and record-keeping
* Responding to emergencies quickly and safely
* Working collaboratively with families and professionals
Qualifications
What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape & Superpowers!)
No experience? No problem! We provide full paid training — all we ask is that you bring:
* A caring, compassionate nature
* Excellent communication skills
* Reliability and problem-solving ability
* The right to work in the UK
* A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (especially in rural areas)
