Office Administrator
Located in our Cheltenham Offices, we are looking for a hardworking, organised and proactive person to join our team.
You would be required to have an excellent phone manner, use our computer system and diary, log information and assist clients' queries, be able to input data correctly, organise and file documents, and assist the office where needed. There will be room to expand this role and progress within the business
Role Responsibilities
· To be the "Front of House" answering the phone
· To support the Sales function and the Design Consultants
· To support the Finance function by data entry & filing
· To assist customer enquiries
· Maintaining organized filing systems, managing databases and preparing reports for Management
· Supporting the business and execution of company events and activities
Candidates' Skills & Experience:
· A professional and friendly approach assisting customers and visitors
· Strong communication skills
· Strong customer service skills
· Attention to detail, always ensuring accuracy in documents, records and financial tasks
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
· Proficient command of language and good literacy skills
· Problem-solving abilities and be able to identify and resolve issue that may arise
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organised records
· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
· Experience within the home improvement industry would be an advantage
Benefits for the Office Administrator:
* £ £14 per hour dependant on experience
* Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm – This is negotiable

Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
