The Role
* Planning and delivering engaging English lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Inspiring a love of literature, language, and writing through creative and inclusive teaching methods
* Assessing students' progress and providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey
* Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages discussion and independent thought
* Working collaboratively with other English teachers and school staff to enrich the curriculum and share best practice
Requirements
* Proven experience as an English Teacher with a strong commitment to student development
* Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents
* The ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit diverse learning styles and needs
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching certification
