About the Role
Vision for Education are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Class Teacher to work within supportive and welcoming schools across Chelmsford. Roles are available across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
You’ll be joining schools that value creativity, inclusion, and high-quality teaching, with a strong focus on pupil progress and wellbeing.
The Role Will Include
1. Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
2. Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
3. Assessing and tracking pupil progress effectively
4. Adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs
5. Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
6. Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
Requirements
The ideal Primary Teacher will have:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
8. Experience teaching within KS1 or KS2
9. Strong behaviour management skills
10. A positive, flexible, and proactive approach
11. A passion for high-quality teaching and learning
12. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
