We are looking for:
An experienced and highly organised Fleet Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimisation of our vehicle fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of all company vehicles, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and implementing cost-effective strategies. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to contribute to the smooth running of our transportation services and support organisational growth.

What you will be doing:
10. Lead & oversee the day-to-day operation to ensure the fleet is maintained in line with compliance requirements.
11. Coordinate, track, and prioritise maintenance work and vehicle inspections with partners, vendors and local fleet leads.
12. Action real time statuses, breakdowns and action where appropriate as well as being able to provide visibility into fleet performance both internally and *externally (*where required)
13. Manage stakeholder relations and build strong relationships with partners, vendors, drivers and any other stakeholders.
14. Work collaboratively with your team to develop scalable processes to increase the team’s operational efficiency and performance.
15. Maintain highly accurate records of vehicle usage, servicing history, and compliance documentation.
16. Analyse fleet performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
Our Ideal Person:
17. Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar logistics or transportation management role.
18. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
19. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and compliance standards within the UK.
20. Ideally holds a CPC qualification.
21. Team driven and accountable.
22. Excellent communication skills to liaise with drivers, suppliers, and internal departments.
23. Ability to analyse data and generate reports for management review.
24. Adaptable and calm under pressure.
