We are on the lookout for a motivated and organised Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team in Medway City Estate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a positive impact.
1. Role: Customer Service Advisor
2. Location: Medway City Estate (Free parking on-site, you'll need to be a driver due to the location)
3. Salary: £12.21 per hour
4. Start: ASAP
5. Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm (32.5 hours per week)
What You'll Do:
As our Customer Service Advisor, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
6. Managing customer inquiries and answering incoming calls
7. Maintaining accurate records and documentation
8. Coordinating service schedules and appointments
9. Supporting the team with administrative tasks and reporting
10. Collaborating with various departments to enhance service delivery
What We're Looking For:
11. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
12. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools
14. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
15. Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus!
