Are you a class 2 driver and looking to work any day of the week?
Our client who is a major British multinational clothing, footwear and home products distribution company based in Hatfield, is looking to strengthen its busy delivery team. They are looking for Class 2 drivers to help assist the operational needs of the business on rotation shifts 5 or 4 days over the business of Monday to Sunday. HGV driving experience preferred. Must be flexible and available to work weekends due to the rotating pattern.
Main duties will include:
* Double manned deliveries with drivers mates
* Managing the delivery process from site to customer, including paperwork signed off from deliveries
* Must have experience with home deliveries
* Must have experience driving in London
* Ensuring your load is safe and secure, with vehicle checks completed
* Assisting drivers mate to offload the products from vehicle
* Positive manner as delivering to clients and customers
* Must be physically fit as heavy lifting will be involved
Shifts:
* Start time 06:00am
* Shifts pattern: 5 days on 2 days off then 4 days on 2 days off followed by 4 days on 2 days
Pay Rates:
* Pay - £17.17 per hour worked
* After 48 hours worked, pay is £25.76 per hour worked
