Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Wellington, Somerset some hybrid working available for the right candidate
Salary: £30, - £35,
Hours: 8am-4pm (Monday-Thursday) 8am-3pm (Friday) some flexibility offered for the right candidate

Role Overview
The HR Advisor will own daytoday HR operations and people processes, ensuring legal compliance, consistency, system integration and robust governance across the employee lifecycle.
This role suits a calm, pragmatic, processdriven HR professional who is comfortable guiding and challenging managers and working independently.
Key Responsibilities
9. Endtoend HR administration (contracts, variations, payroll changes)
10. Onboarding, induction, and offboarding
11. Attendance, sickness, and leave management
12. Payroll coordination and HR data integrity
13. UK righttowork and visa compliance
14. Ownership of HR policies, handbooks, and document control
15. Employee engagement (Peakon)
16. Employee relations support working with the HR Consultant (disciplinary and grievance processes)
17. Recruitment administration and agency management
18. Support for engagement and culture initiatives
About you
Essential:
19. CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
20. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
21. High levels of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
22. Confident operating independently and enforcing consistent processes
