Global Data Privacy Counsel – 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover)
Uxbridge, London | Hybrid (3 days in office)
£85,000 – £95,000 per annum
Parkside is working in partnership with a global organisation to recruit a qualified lawyer (3–5 years’ PQE) for a 12-month fixed-term contract within a high-performing international legal team.
The role:
* Advise on global data privacy and data-sharing matters (UK, EU, US, APAC & Americas)
* Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including e-commerce and software agreements
* Manage DPAs, data transfers, DSARs and data breach matters
* Support and develop global data privacy governance and compliance programmes
About you:
* Qualified lawyer with strong data privacy experience (in-house preferred)
* Solid background in commercial contracts
* Confident working with senior stakeholders in an international environment
