We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.

6. Up to date knowledge of relevant requirements, guidance, and good practices.
7. Ability to drive improvements through building productive relationships and engaging, influencing, and collaborating with people at all levels.
8. A practical and proportionate risk-based approach to safety management.
9. Computer literate.
10. Able to work effectively, both independently and as part of a small dispersed global team.
11. Willingness to travel occasionally or as per the business needs.
12. Strong administration, organisational and prioritisation skills.
