Deputy manager - Alton Ref: TE69045 We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of our warm and welcoming 50-bed care home in Alton, Hampshire. The Role: As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining compliance with CQC standards. The Deputy Manager will support staff development, oversee clinical and care practices, and contribute to creating a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
