RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide pre-sales support / consultation, responding to customer support requests and queries in a timely and accurate manner
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and applying the best solutions to resolve technical issues
* Providing technical assistance for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
* Creating technical documentation and manuals to assist other team members and users
* Support on new product certifications and renewals
* Provide support on company’s Warranty Entitlement and Claim system
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, I.T., engineering or equivalent
* Min. 3-5 years hands on experience.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Proficiency in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues.
