* Conduct

full ownership of your P&L – control costs, manage stock, and deliver on
sales and profitability targets.
* Track
KPIs and performance metrics, making data driven decisions to improve
efficiency and revenue.

About You:

experience as a General Manager in hospitality, retail, or a
similar fast paced, customer facing environment.
* A

their team.

profitability.

* Confident
using performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
