- You will be responsible for a busy caseload that covers a variety of standard sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant and some development work
- Experience of Acquisition and Disposals, Development, Leases, Pension Property Purchases, Planning, environmental and construction along with residential development and Property Finance would be advantageous.
- It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, work well within a team environment and to tight deadlines.
