They are currently looking for a skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience within the banking industry. Job Responsibilities/Objectives: You will be responsible for gathering and analysing business and technical requirements, leading stakeholder engagement, and supporting end-to-end solution delivery within an agile banking environment. Manage and drive articulation of requirements from a business and technical perspective Be the primary point of contact to the stakeholders for engagements under your management Provide input with solutioning proposal including design and associated costing Be at the forefront of interactions with clients to obtain requirements, impact assignments, create BRD's, design solutions, collaborate with various teams and multiple stakeholders. Work as a team or individually for the product enhancements on the deliverables. Proactively should run the complete flow from requirement gathering to delivery. Support project managers on generating status reports and analysis reports on a regular basis. Required Skills/Experience: The ideal candidate will have the following: Extensive skill in Business Analysis with Banking industry experience. Ability to work within an agile environment, with a good knowledge of project management techniques, analytical tools and processes Ability to juggle priorities and work under pressure Background in a bank, payments solutions provider or other fast-paced/complex environment essential Strong interpersonal skills as expected for dealing with an important client base Desirable Skills/Experience Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client: Experience in Cards Issuing and Banking Regulatory.
