About the Role As a Learning & Skills Coach, you will support and guide apprentices through their Childcare qualifications, helping them achieve their full potential and progress confidently into the sector. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality coaching and support to childcare apprentices Manage a caseload of learners and ensure timely progress Provide engaging learning resources and individualised development plans Conduct workplace visits, reviews, and assessments Support learners to prepare for gateway and end-point assessment Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance processes What We're Looking For Experience coaching or assessing within the childcare sector Strong understanding of early years and childcare standards Excellent communication, organisational and people skills Ability to motivate and support learners of varying abilities Relevant assessor/coaching qualifications All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years' referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed.
