1. Developing and maintaining SQL queries, datasets and reporting solutions
2. Building and enhancing Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting packs and visualisations
3. Analysing data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance improvements
4. Supporting business stakeholders with reporting, analysis and data-driven insights
5. Managing day-to-day requests for information and reporting across the business
6. Contributing to AI-enabled analytics and digital transformation initiatives
7. Supporting automation projects using Microsoft Power Platform technologies
8. Ensuring data quality, governance, validation and reporting standards are maintained
9. Collaborating with operational, IT and transformation teams on business improvement projects

10. Approximately 1+ year's experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role
11. Strong SQL skills
12. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work confidently with large datasets
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
14. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
15. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders
16. A relevant degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Finance or a related discipline
Desirable
17. Experience with Power BI
18. Exposure to Power Query
19. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate)
20. Awareness of Microsoft Fabric or modern cloud data platforms
21. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O
22. Exposure to agriculture, commodity trading, finance or related sectors
