WHAT YOULL NEED TO HAVE
* Experience in food preparation and adherence to food safety and regulations (training provided).
* Ability to work in an extremely fast‑paced environment.
* Self‑reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team.
* Ability to remain organised and detail‑orientated, even when things get busy.
* Passionate and friendly with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeve mindset to work alongside the team and deliver a great customer experience.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
* Prepare & serve food, take payment at tills, clean the bistro area.
* Customer focused, working together to create the best customer experience; listen, act, and exceed expectations every day.
* Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment.
* Support colleagues, lend a hand, and create a positive work environment.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
* Manual handling safely.
