🪙£35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus bonus

We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join a close-knit HR team and provide expert, pragmatic ER support across a multi-site organisation.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to managers, supporting a wide range of employee relations matters while delivering a high-quality, legally compliant HR service.
The Role:
1. Advising managers on disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance management, and pay & benefits
2. Preparing for and responding to Employment Tribunal cases
3. Tracking and reporting on ER casework and trends
4. Providing advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law implications
5. Maintaining accurate HR and payroll records and handling sensitive data confidentially
6. Supporting and guiding managers through consultation processes, including TUPE and redundancy
7. Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit
8. Contributing to HR projects and initiatives as required
